Mulan Principle
Mulan club is created for extraordinary Asian women.
Mulan Club is a non-profit organization based in New York City. It is created for independent Asian women who established themselves professionally in diverse fields. The Club provides a platform for members to support, enable and inspire one another. It also empowers members to collectively advance key social issues, including education, culture and philanthropy. Every one of us shares the core values of “Respect, Openness, Support, and Growth”.
One of the most important goals of Mulan Club is to empower women to give. Our philanthropy style is to make direct impact to areas and people in need domestic and international. Our special philanthropic projects are our way of giving back to the part of world that holds dear to our hearts: women, children, and education. We are passionate about and dedicated to our goals with a target approach hoping to achieve higher impact.
“The way women connect with each other is unique,” believed by founders of Mulan Club. “Women thrive through the support of friendship and mutual passion and aim to bring out the best in each other in realizing our dreams.” At Mulan, we believe that “Each one of us is a flower; together we are a fabulous bouquet.” Mulan Club members possess significant expertise, experience, and credentials in diverse professional and creative fields. Mulan Club provides a powerful network and multi-platform for members to bring in their ideas in business areas in: real estate、finance、 technology、education、and arts.
Mulan Board
The Board is the highest executive body of Mulan Club.
The board members are voted by the General Assembly. The board shall have at least 5 board members. The members of the Board shall serve for a term of one year, beginning on January 1st of each year and ending on December 31st. The board members can be reelected.
